桂菜即广西菜,依据《T/GXPX 001-2020 桂菜标准体系》,桂菜被分为桂北、桂西、桂东南与滨海等四个风味,对接“中式烹调师”职业标准及岗位需求,坚持传承和发扬桂菜文化,反映桂菜发展中的新知识、新技术、新工艺和新方法要求,遴选60个典型任务(代表性菜肴)作为本课程的主要教学内容。 Guangxi cuisine is also known as Guangxi cuisine. According to the "T/GXPX 001-2020 Guangxi Cuisine Standard System", Guangxi cuisine is divided into four flavors: northern Guangxi, western Guangxi, southeastern Guangxi, and coastal Guangxi. It is aligned with the professional standards and job requirements of "Chinese style chefs", adheres to inheriting and promoting Guangxi cuisine culture, reflects the new knowledge, new technologies, new processes, and new method requirements in the development of Guangxi cuisine, and selects 60 typical tasks (representative dishes) as the main teaching content of this course.
