《动物微生物及检验》是中等职业学校畜禽生产技术、畜牧兽医及相关专业必须学习的专业基础课程,主要学习细菌、病毒、真菌、放线菌、支原体、螺旋体、立克次氏体、衣原体等八类微生物的生物学特性、抵抗力、致病性、检验方法、预防和控制措施、消毒灭菌技术、动物免疫基础技术、微生物应用技术。所学理论知识和技能是学生学习禽生产、猪生产、牛羊生产、禽病防治、猪病防治、牛羊病防治、动物防疫与检疫技术、动物药理等专业课的必备知识,也是学生升入高校继续学习的基础。 课程内容具有操作性、应用性强、紧密联系生产实际,知识点和技能点突出、实用、适用、够用的特点。通过学习学生具备的动物微生物检验技能,如平板凝集试验、禽流感抗体监测、细菌检验技术、病毒培养、消毒灭菌技术等,为学生在畜禽养殖、饲料生产与加工、畜禽疾病诊断和防治、动物疫苗生产、动物及动物产品检疫检验等岗位工作打下良好的基础。 在学习专业技能的同时培养学生具备应用技术的能力,内化已经熟练操作的能力,技术应用和归纳总结的能力,以及查阅资料、处理信息的能力。提高学生专业素养,注重培养爱岗敬业、团队协作、遵纪守法、珍爱生命、热爱劳动、崇尚科学的精神。 Animal Microbiology and Testing is a fundamental course that must be studied in secondary vocational schools for livestock and poultry production technology, animal husbandry and veterinary medicine, and related majors. It mainly studies the biological characteristics, resistance, pathogenicity, testing methods, prevention and control measures, disinfection and sterilization technology, animal immunity basic technology, and microbial application technology of eight types of microorganisms, including bacteria, viruses, fungi, actinomycetes, mycoplasma, spirochetes, rickettsia, and chlamydia. The theoretical knowledge and skills learned are essential for students to learn professional courses such as poultry production, pig production, cattle and sheep production, poultry disease prevention and control, pig disease prevention and control, cattle and sheep disease prevention and control, animal epidemic prevention and quarantine technology, animal pharmacology, etc. It is also the foundation for students to continue learning in universities. The course content has the characteristics of operability, strong applicability, close connection with practical production, prominent knowledge and skill points, practicality, applicability, and adequacy. By learning the animal microbiological testing skills that students possess, such as plate agglutination test, avian influenza antibody monitoring, bacterial testing technology, virus cultivation, disinfection and sterilization technology, etc., a solid foundation will be laid for students to work in positions such as animal husbandry, feed production and processing, diagnosis and prevention of animal diseases, production of animal vaccines, and quarantine and inspection of animals and animal products. While learning professional skills, cultivate students' ability to apply technology, internalize proficient operations, apply and summarize technology, as well as the ability to access and process information.
